St. Joseph’s Basilica was filled with the Catholic faithful, brother priests and bishops, as mourners began two days of prayer and services for Archbishop Joseph MacNeil, beloved Archbishop Emeritus of Edmonton, who died Feb. 11 after suffering a stroke.
